Book Review: Esther, by Albert McShane

This most excellent book has a sub title, “God in Control, But Concealed.” From the pen of a most highly respected teacher, we are privileged to have a commentary on the unique Book of Esther. The cover reminds us that Esther does not mention “prayer, thanksgiving, sacrifice nor even the name of God”, but in a most interesting and spiritual way, Mr. McShane has written of the historical background, the practical teaching and the dispensational setting of “Esther”. This is a most valuable work, available from John Ritchie and Christian booksellers.
