Tributes to the memory of Paul Elliott: The Funeral

The funeral service on August 27 at the Hitesville Gospel Hall was very large. Dick Bruley opened in prayer. Allan Christopherson gave an account of Paul’s life and labors. Robert Orr spoke on the Savior’s Joy,_the Saved Sinner’s joy and the Soul Winner’s Joy. Steve Walvatni read Philippians 1:21, “For me to live is Christ and to die is gain,” and Leonard DeBuhr closed in prayer.

At the committal service, Roy Weber read 2 Samuel 23:1-5 and spoke of the last words of David and the “Morning without clouds.” Floyd Christopherson closed in prayer.
