What is the source of our temptations to do evil? Someone has called it LSD – lust, sin, and death. This is the cycle of sin. The flesh, the sin principle within, was not changed at conversion. It was not improved and it was not removed. The flesh (ethical) will be with us as long as we are in the flesh (physical). Paul learned in Romans 7 that in the flesh there is no good.
