Special Report

Cyprus

Michael McKillen writes: The assembly here in Limassol has been encouraged by the development of their gospel work with all ages every Friday evening. Using the Assembly Hall in the Logos School, we have a Children’s Meeting attended by 30-50 children. On another floor, a number of teenagers are attending a Bible study aimed at helping young believers and also sharing the truth with those who are not yet saved. Then on another floor, we are running a Beginner’s Bible Study in which we are currently going through the Gospel of Mark. A number of unsaved from various religious and ethnic backgrounds are attending. Prayer would be appreciated for C., originally from Nigeria and with some background in the Bible; he is keen to understand salvation.

Homecalls

Gayle Dancy of Lenoir, NC, on March 5, 2025, age 90. Gayle was a faithful member of the Hickory, NC, assembly for many years. Her husband of 68 years, Fred Dancy Jr., predeceased her in 2023. Together, Gayle and Fred honored the Lord with their lives and served the Lord’s people with hospitality and encouragement. She had a quiet, kind, gentle spirit, and would often offer encouraging words to the saints. Gayle rejoiced greatly in the fact that her three children, Suzanne, David (Rebekah), and Jill (Tim) Camarra, are saved and in fellowship in local assemblies, along with several of her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.
